Portraiture Prices and Policies

Something to hold in your heart and your hand.

Creative Fee ................................................................................................................. $200

This fee is to secure the portrait session date and time as well as the expertise of the photographer which includes, but is not limited to, pre-shoot consultation, posing instruction and creative editing of the images.  The on-location photography session is scheduled for up to 2 hours, not including travel and initial set-up time (travel time may be an additional charge).  The fee is payable in full at time of booking and should be considered non-refundable.  If weather does not permit for shoot as planned, another session will be scheduled or creative fee may be refunded, at photographer’s discretion, subject to $25 non-refundable portion if alternative schedule cannot be determined. Please understand the photographer may have denied other bookings for your allotted time.  Requests for additional time, subjects or multiple locations may be considered at additional cost. This is a service fee only and does not include any images, printed or digital. 

All payments will be handled once a photo shoot session is confirmed.  An invoice will then be sent from which you will be offered several different payment options.  Using the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page will ensure we have your email address.

Product Prices

Value package prices start at $360.  There is no minimum order requirement.  Products may be purchased individually or as part of a package.

Product Information and Policies

By routine all prints are printed on luster or satin paper.  Portraits printed on metallic paper are available in limited sizes.

Luster, or satin, paper is semi-smooth with a slight texture that resists fingerprints and closely resembles the type of print that is produced by most photo labs.

Metallic paper adds a more dimensional look.  This paper should be carefully handled to avoid crinkling it.

Other materials are also available for your printing specialties.  If you are interested, please ask about other options.

Custom printed mats are available for mat sizes up to 12x18 inches.

Acrylic and metal prints offer a new and modern gallery-quality option to display your portraits.  The acrylic products are made by applying a thick, highly polished acrylic layer to the face of the print for better color and vibrancy. The high gloss acrylic layer magnifies the color and definition of the print beneath it.  The acrylic layer for the blocks is 1 inch thick and stands on its own either vertically or horizontally.  The acrylic layer for the acrylic prints is 1/4 inch thick.  These come with a wire frame mounted to the back to provide an easy, durable hanging and the wire frame allows for the art to float away from the wall.

Metal prints are always a conversation piece. The image is fused into an aluminum surface for incredible visual depth and luminosity.  Either a matte or gloss finish is available.  This also comes with the wire frame mounted to the back for hanging.

All products are printed or processed as custom pieces based on your session and requests.  Please feel free to ask if other sizes or products may be available.  We may make suggestions according to your individual experience and will provide details and pricing options.

A viewing session will be scheduled at which time prints and optional products may be ordered.  Prices as offered at that time will remain fixed for 7 days.  After 7 days, prices are subject to change without notice.

The creative fee is payable in full at time of booking session.  A deposit equal to 50% of the total purchase order is payable at time of order request completion with the exception of all Legacy products which must be paid in full at time order is placed. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery.  If the entire order is to be delivered via mail, the total amount due must be paid at time of order request.

Upon purchase, one image file will be emailed to you for use in posting to social media sites.  This image file will be low resolution, suitable only for this stated use and will be watermarked.  The customer will designate which purchased image is to be sent and must provide an email address for delivery.  Additional images may be purchased for this use at a cost of $50 each.  High resolution digital files for purchased images will be available only if the total purchase order exceeds $1,200, not including the cost of the digital files, at an additional cost of $200 for each image. 

 Shipping:  Actual shipping costs will be added to final order where applicable.

Guarantee:  If for any reason you are not happy with your order due to quality issues or errors related to the production process, the product will be re-printed or replaced at no additional cost.  If you do not wish a replacement, a full refund is available within 15 days.  Additionally, Legacy products must also be returned in original packaging.

The following is required and we have chosen to make it as simple to understand as possible rather than ramble on and on with infinite legal jargon.  It is our hope that by making it simple it will prevent conflict and therefore avoid unnecessary unfriendly actions.

The copyright for all images shown on the Pamela Garland Photography website, PamelaGarlandPhotography.com, are held wholly and entirely by Pamela Garland, her assigns or heirs in perpetuity.  Under no circumstances will those rights be deemed invalid, nor will they be assigned otherwise.  Likewise, use of the images, either personally or commercially, is prohibited except as provided for in writing by Pamela Garland. 

No images, text, verbiage and/or formatting related to this website shall be reproduced for any reason or in any manner.  Any and all things as it relates to the theme and/or products herein contained or described shall remain the property of Pamela Garland and is authorized for sole proprietary use of Pamela Garland or Pamela Garland Photography.  The only exception is that the Blog posts may be shared but only if attribution credit is retained and is not edited or changed in any way, either in part or entirety.

Failure to comply with these terms may be dealt with in the strongest possible manner allowed by law.

Privacy Policy

All data collected through this website, either directly or indirectly, on behalf of Pamela Garland Photography will be kept only for use by Pamela Garland or Pamela Garland Photography.  The information will never be sold or otherwise provided or surrendered voluntarily for the use of any other person(s) or party(ies).  The information will be used as related to photography sessions, marketing or promotions.  The information will be held and its use directed solely by Pamela Garland or Pamela Garland Photography.  The information will be deleted from future use by requesting in writing using the Contact Form on the website’s Contact Page.  Following a confirmation communication, the data will then be immediately deleted as regarding communications from that point forward.  If you find the data was deleted in error, it will be necessary to once again contact us using the Contact Form on the Contact Page and providing the information again.

By providing the information as requested by Pamela Garland or Pamela Garland Photography you authorize contact communication as well as future communications related to photography sessions, business, marketing or promotional materials.

At no time will profanity or unprofessional communications be considered acceptable by either communicating party.
